  • For what purpose do we process your personal data?

IDUS HPP SYSTEMS SLU processes the information provided by the interested parties for the following purposes:

 General Data Protection Regulation;

 RGPD: 6.1.a) The interested party gave their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes: transfer of data to companies necessary for the provision of the requested service, transfer of data to third party applications for external services, sending of commercial promotions, website users.

GDPR: 6.1.b) Processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.  

GDPR: 6.1.c) Processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.

GDPR: 6.1.f) Processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, provided that such interests do not override the interests or fundamental rights of the data subject.

  • Banks, savings banks, financial institutions and insurance companies.

There are no plans to transfer data to third countries outside the European Union.


  • What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not IDUS HPP SYSTEMS SLU is processing personal data concerning them.

Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data that are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
